Yes, we can print most logos, designs or lettering on shirts, hoodies or garments you provide. If your design is primarily lettering and basic graphics we can set up a design based on your description, however, we can also provide creative design services to create logos or designs from scratch.

Very fast! Designs that are placed online using letters and symbols are usually shipped the following business day. Custom logos or graphics take a day to set up the design and another couple days to produce. Wholesale orders more than 15 pieces will receive a firm shipping date, along with your custom quote.

Yes, on retail orders more than $100 we offer Free Economy shipping (wholesale orders pay shipping). Use code FREESHIP in the promotion code field during checkout. Free Shipping is always sent by Economy delivery. Free Shipping only applies to orders shipping within the 50 United States.

Note: If you select rush shipping and apply the FREESHIP coupon, your order will be downgraded to economy shipping.

Unfortunately, custom products may not be returned, since we cannot re-sell them. It is important to check sizing carefully, and call use if you have questions.

There currently is a minimum 6 for embroidered garments.

For screen printing there is a minimum 10 that can be of mixed styles, sizes and colors.

It depends upon a few factors, but generally, we set up your design in one business day. Once you approve the design, it can take as little as a few days, plus shipping time, to produce all the garments and ship them out. For larger wholesale quantities (100+), lead times will be longer than one week, please contact us if you have a specific deadline and we usually can meet it.
