Refunds will ONLY be given on orders that have been returned within 10 days of receiving the item. If 10 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Items must be post-marked with the date prior to the end of your 10 days to avoid being denied approval for refund. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery will NOT be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment on file.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale/Clearance items cannot be refunded.
All custom/personalized orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE! No exceptions!
